Vedaromes Healthcare Ltd is planning to set up a new manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad in Gujarat. The new facility will produce mouth freshener which substitutes gutkha. Currently, the company has a plant in Haryana which has a capacity of 30 lakh packets per day but needs a plant in Ahmedabad to cater to the growing markets in western region. The size of mouth freshener industry, which is replacing gutka in India is growing by 18 percent annually
